“Overall, I enjoyed the tour, except for the unplanned visit to the monastery and the inability to visit the salt cave. When my mother and I boarded the bus, there were only two remaining seats on opposite ends of the bus, and our family was separated. However, the guide was aware of this and informed us before boarding that we would be separated throughout the tour. We tried to arrange for two singles to sit together, but they refused because each of them wanted to sit by the window... We were very upset and even wanted to get off the bus because of the indifferent attitude of the guide and…”
